Responsibility
- Design and deploy end-to-end learning programs (technical, functional, leadership) aligned with business goals.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across departments.
- Develop engaging training materials (e-learning, workshops, mentorship programs) using modern instructional design principles.
- Partner with HR and department heads to integrate L&D initiatives with talent management and succession planning.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, and ROI analysis, and iterate for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate leadership development programs to nurture high-potential employees and future leaders.
- Leverage LMS (Learning Management Systems) and digital tools to deliver scalable, accessible training solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in corporate learning and recommend innovative approaches to enhance engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, corporate training, or talent management.
- Proven expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and program evaluation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
- Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone, Docebo) and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in English.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools to measure training impact.
- Certifications in L&D (e.g., ATD, CIPD, SHRM) are highly advantageous.
