Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the companyâs timekeeping system to ensure accurate recording of employee work hours, including regular time, overtime, and absences.
- Process and verify timesheets, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Collaborate with payroll teams to provide accurate data for salary calculations and disbursements.
- Monitor and report discrepancies in timekeeping records, resolving issues promptly.
- Generate and distribute timekeeping reports to management and relevant departments on a regular basis.
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of timekeeping software and processes.
- Educate employees on timekeeping procedures, policies, and the proper use of time-tracking tools.
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee time and attendance data in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, specifically in timekeeping, payroll, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using timekeeping software and HRIS (e.g., Kronos, ADP, or similar systems).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations related to working hours and overtime.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, data validation) is a plus.
