Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain the company’s timekeeping system to ensure accurate recording of employee work hours, including regular time, overtime, and absences.
  • Process and verify timesheets, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Collaborate with payroll teams to provide accurate data for salary calculations and disbursements.
  • Monitor and report discrepancies in timekeeping records, resolving issues promptly.
  • Generate and distribute timekeeping reports to management and relevant departments on a regular basis.
  • Assist in the implementation and improvement of timekeeping software and processes.
  • Educate employees on timekeeping procedures, policies, and the proper use of time-tracking tools.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all employee time and attendance data in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, specifically in timekeeping, payroll, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using timekeeping software and HRIS (e.g., Kronos, ADP, or similar systems).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations related to working hours and overtime.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, data validation) is a plus.
