Responsibility
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational needs and develop tailored HR strategies that drive performance and growth.
- Talent Management: Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Performance Optimization: Design and implement performance management frameworks, including KPIs, feedback systems, and career development plans.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in HR processes (e.g., reporting, knowledge systems) and propose scalable, tech-enabled solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and execute programs to boost morale, culture, and workplace satisfaction across all levels.
- HR Analytics: Leverage data to provide actionable insights on workforce trends, turnover, and productivity, supporting evidence-based decision-making.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies, mitigating risks while fostering a fair and inclusive work environment.
- Change Management: Spearhead organizational changes, including restructuring or digital transformation, with minimal disruption.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR, with at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with HR best practices in Southeast Asia, particularly Indonesia’s labor regulations.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and ability to design innovative solutions for complex HR challenges.
- Cultural Agility: Experience working in multicultural environments, with a sensitivity to local and global perspectives.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage projects, mentor teams, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
