Responsibility
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to drive growth and operational excellence.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead recruitment efforts, employer branding, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Performance & Development: Design and oversee performance management systems, career development programs, and succession planning.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage competitive compensation structures, benefits programs, and incentives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, ensuring adherence to local and international labor regulations.
- Culture & Engagement: Spearhead initiatives to boost employee morale, engagement, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- HR Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to measure HR effectiveness and inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 10 years in HR leadership roles, with at least 5 years as a Head of HR or equivalent in a multinational or fast-growing organization.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies that support business scalability and innovation.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of building high-performing HR teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and trends in talent management, particularly in Southeast Asia.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical and solution-oriented approach to addressing complex HR challenges.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
