As the HRGA Manager, you will oversee end-to-end human capital management, including talent acquisition, payroll administration, employee development, industrial relations, and office operations. Your strategic leadership will ensure alignment between HR initiatives and business objectives, fostering a productive and engaged workforce in a fast-paced environment.
Based in Bali’s key business hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas—you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping company culture, optimizing HR processes, and maintaining compliance with local labor laws. Responsibility
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to hiring, ensuring alignment with company values and role requirements.
- Payroll & Compensation Management: Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with tax regulations.
- Employee Development: Design and implement training programs, career pathways, and performance management systems to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Industrial Relations: Manage labor relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Office Operations: Supervise administrative functions, including facility management, procurement, and vendor relations to support smooth business operations.
- HR Strategy & Compliance: Develop and execute HR policies, conduct audits, and maintain compliance with local and national employment regulations.
- Culture & Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives, feedback mechanisms, and team-building activities.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate HR metrics and reports to inform data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing HRGA functions.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws, payroll systems, and industrial relations practices.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, SAP), payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced Excel skills are preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English and Indonesian (Bahasa) skills for internal and external correspondence.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and conflict-resolution skills to address HR challenges effectively.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
