Responsibility
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring fair resolution.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to foster a compliant and inclusive workplace.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal-setting, evaluations, and development planning.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to attract, onboard, and retain top talent.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, mitigating legal risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or Employee Relations Specialist.
- Proven track record in conflict resolution, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are highly desirable.
