Responsibility

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring fair resolution.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to foster a compliant and inclusive workplace.
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal-setting, evaluations, and development planning.
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to attract, onboard, and retain top talent.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, mitigating legal risks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or Employee Relations Specialist.
  • Proven track record in conflict resolution, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are highly desirable.
