Responsibility

  • Assist the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices tailored to corporate clients.
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for client organizations.
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
  • Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance management systems for assigned clients.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and productivity.
  • Handle employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive work culture across client teams.
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations to provide insights to senior management and clients.
  • Stay updated on local employment laws, market trends, and HR innovations to ensure compliance and competitive practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
