Responsibility
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Support compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits tracking.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, training programs, and wellness initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in HR compliance by staying updated on local labor regulations, preparing reports, and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing documents, handling correspondence, and managing HR-related inquiries from employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and promote a harmonious work environment.
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
