Responsibility
- Talent Acquisition: Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring alignment with company values and role requirements.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance appraisal systems, including KPIs, feedback mechanisms, and development plans.
- HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, company policies, and industry standards, mitigating legal risks.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage salary structures, benefits administration, and incentive programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate L&D initiatives, including workshops, mentorship, and upskilling programs.
- HR Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize workforce planning, turnover rates, and HR budget allocation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals and growth plans.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role, preferably in a multicultural environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
- Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record in talent acquisition, including employer branding and candidate pipeline management.
- Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and international HR best practices.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, Workday), ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with HR analytics tools is advantageous.
- Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong asset.
