Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for mall staff, ensuring alignment with company values and culture.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks in accordance with local labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness campaigns.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making for mall operations.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and optimize workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or mall management.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance. Familiarity with Malaysian HR practices is advantageous.
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, or surrounding areas) and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
