Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs and performance management systems tailored to organizational and departmental goals.
- Conduct data-driven performance analyses to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for employee development.
- Collaborate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders (internal/external) to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Design and facilitate performance review cycles, including goal-setting, feedback sessions, and improvement plans.
- Create training and development programs to address performance gaps and enhance employee capabilities.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for leadership, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in performance-related processes.
- Act as a cultural liaison to foster effective communication between Indonesian and Mandarin-speaking teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on performance management, KPI development, or HR analytics.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HRIS, Excel, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Proven ability to design and implement performance frameworks in a corporate setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
