Responsibility
- Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.
- Organize and facilitate team-building activities, workshops, and events to foster collaboration and inclusivity.
- Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement and measure engagement levels.
- Design and manage recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements and milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engagement initiatives with company goals and values.
- Create and distribute internal communications (newsletters, announcements) to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Analyze engagement metrics and present data-driven insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Promote a positive and inclusive company culture through diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or a similar role (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute events and programs from conception to completion.
- Familiarity with HR software, survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Google Forms), and data analysis.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for improving workplace culture.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
