Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies to foster a positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Manage foreign worker administration, including visa applications, work permits, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures align with local and international labor laws, mitigating legal risks.
- Design and execute performance management systems to drive employee productivity and engagement.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs, enhancing workforce capabilities.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, with a proven track record in payroll, recruitment, and compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and experience with foreign worker administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., SAP, BambooHR, or local platforms).
- Demonstrated ability to develop HR policies and streamline processes for efficiency.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or local HR accreditations are advantageous.
