Responsibility
- Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
- Investigate and resolve workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary issues in a fair and confidential manner.
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to address performance issues, provide coaching, and facilitate corrective action plans.
- Organize and lead training sessions on workplace conduct, diversity, inclusion, and harassment prevention.
- Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases, investigations, and resolutions.
- Advise leadership on HR best practices, legal risks, and strategies to enhance employee morale and productivity.
- Support the onboarding process by ensuring new hires understand company culture, policies, and expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee relations, HR generalist roles, or conflict resolution.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations diplomatically.
- Proven ability to analyze complex issues, develop solutions, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Experience in conducting investigations, mediations, and disciplinary processes.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong plus.
