Responsibility

  • Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Oversee statutory compliance, including submissions to government agencies, tax filings, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Handle foreign worker matters, including work permit applications, renewals, and compliance with immigration regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of HR databases.
  • Assist in employee relations, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Prepare and submit HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and other key metrics to support management decisions.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration, payroll processing, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Experience in managing foreign worker documentation and immigration processes is a plus.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
