Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and offer negotiations.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and integration into the company culture.
- Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring accurate and timely processing, tax compliance, and employee inquiries.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with confidentiality and precision.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management support.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to inform decision-making and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and payroll software.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Experience in data management, reporting, and process optimization.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
