Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  • Oversee the administration and optimization of HR Information Systems (HRIS) to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
  • Design and execute performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to payroll, C&B, and HRIS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Mentor and guide HR team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Payroll, C&B, and HRIS.
  • Proven experience in managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and proficiency in HR analytics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry is an advantage.
