Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals to enhance workforce productivity and retention in the food manufacturing sector.
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, to attract top-tier candidates for critical roles.
- Oversee performance management systems, ensuring fair evaluations, career development plans, and succession planning.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies, including payroll, benefits, and workplace safety standards.
- Design and deliver training programs to upskill employees and align competencies with organizational needs.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational development and change management initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or local HR certifications are highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
