Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for technical and non-technical roles.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks aligned with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
- Serve as the primary Mandarin-English liaison between local teams and international stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and cultural alignment.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Design and execute training and development programs to upskill employees and support career progression.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation systems, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Lead HR analytics and reporting to track key metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement) and propose data-driven improvements.
- Organize company events and team-building activities to enhance morale and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role (preferably in a multinational company).
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is mandatory; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor law, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills with a cultural sensitivity to diverse workforces.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and payroll software.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali (relocation support may be provided).
