Responsibility
- Manage and resolve employee grievances, disputes, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Develop and implement employee relations programs to enhance engagement and retention.
- Conduct investigations into workplace issues and recommend appropriate actions.
- Collaborate with management to address performance concerns and disciplinary matters.
- Facilitate communication between employees and leadership to foster a transparent work environment.
- Monitor workplace morale and identify areas for improvement through surveys and feedback.
- Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Generalist roles, or a similar capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in conducting investigations and mediating disputes.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High emotional intelligence and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
