Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive employee engagement programs, including surveys, feedback sessions, and action plans to address workforce needs.
- Organize and lead team-building events, workshops, and social activities to strengthen collaboration and company culture.
- Design and manage recognition and reward systems to celebrate employee achievements and milestones.
- Partner with HR and department heads to identify engagement gaps and propose data-driven solutions.
- Create and distribute internal communications (newsletters, announcements, intranet content) to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics (e.g., retention rates, survey results) and present insights to leadership.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a welcoming and inclusive workplace.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance employer branding and showcase Apex Mining as a top workplace in Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or a similar role, preferably in a multicultural or mining/industrial environment.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful engagement programs with measurable impact.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills to connect with employees at all levels.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
- Proficiency in HR software, survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey), and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on HR and engagement best practices.
