Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage daily HR administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
- Assist in workforce planning and resource allocation to meet operational demands.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., department heads, finance) to ensure alignment on HR policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR databases, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and employment verification.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and wellness programs.
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, hiring timelines) to inform decision-making.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HRIS software; familiarity with BambooHR, Workday, or similar tools is a plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive employee information.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
