Responsibility
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to align with company goals.
- Support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage employee records, HR documentation, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams.
- Organize company events, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives to boost morale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on HR trends and best practices.
