Responsibility
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive growth and operational excellence.
- Talent Management: Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, development, and retention programs to build a high-performing, diverse workforce.
- Culture & Engagement: Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and organizational culture.
- Performance Optimization: Develop and monitor KPIs, metrics, and analytics to measure HR effectiveness and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Change Management: Guide organizational transitions, restructuring, and process improvements with minimal disruption.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards across all HR functions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, etc.) to integrate HR into business decision-making.
- Leadership Development: Identify and nurture high-potential talent through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 7+ years in HR, with at least 3 years in a Business Partner or Manager-level role, preferably in a multicultural or international setting.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into actionable HR strategies and solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence and collaborate with C-suite executives and teams.
- HR Expertise: Deep knowledge of talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and HR metrics.
- Data-Driven: Proficiency in HR analytics, reporting, and using data to inform decisions (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or similar tools).
- Adaptability: Thrives in dynamic environments with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) a plus.
- Language: Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Tagalog) are advantageous.
