Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll in compliance with local labor regulations.
- Conduct performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development planning.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, leveraging HRIS tools for data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
