Responsibility

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll in compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Conduct performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development planning.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases, leveraging HRIS tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
