Responsibility
- Assist in the design and development of training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and onboarding programs.
- Support the needs analysis process to identify skill gaps and training requirements across departments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create engaging and effective learning content.
- Help coordinate and facilitate training sessions, both virtual and in-person, ensuring smooth execution.
- Gather and analyze feedback from training participants to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the Learning Management System (LMS) and training databases.
- Contribute to the development of career development programs and talent retention initiatives.
- Research and propose innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the L&D function.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Learning and Development, training, or organizational development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiar with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate) is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a passion for instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in training, teaching, or content creation is an advantage but not required.
