Responsibility

  • Assist in conducting salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and incentives.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to process payroll data and ensure accuracy in compensation disbursements.
  • Help design and communicate total rewards statements for employees.
  • Participate in HR projects focused on improving compensation structures and employee satisfaction.
  • Maintain confidential HR records and databases related to compensation and benefits.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for HR leadership on C&B metrics.
  • Contribute to compliance audits to ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Basic understanding of compensation structures, labor laws, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
