Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Design and execute performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and career progression frameworks.
- Lead training and development programs to upskill employees and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including payroll, benefits, and workplace safety.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and recognition schemes.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the BPO or service industry.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment tools (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics and reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
