Responsibility

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Design and execute performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and career progression frameworks.
  • Lead training and development programs to upskill employees and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including payroll, benefits, and workplace safety.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and recognition schemes.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the BPO or service industry.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment tools (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
