Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, personal details, and employment documentation in compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of offer letters, orientation schedules, and necessary paperwork.
- Assist in payroll processing by verifying timesheets, leave balances, and other relevant data to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general administrative procedures with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Organize and facilitate HR-related training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities to enhance employee development.
- Monitor and track employee attendance, leave requests, and performance evaluations, providing reports to management as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and health & safety standards, recommending improvements where necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HRIS or payroll software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential employee information.
