As an HR & Administration Intern, youâll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support employee onboarding, training programs, engagement initiatives, and administrative processes. Responsibility
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support new hire onboarding by preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling sessions, tracking participation, and gathering feedback.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities, surveys, and recognition programs.
- Assist in employer branding efforts, including social media content creation, career fair participation, and internal communications.
- Maintain and update HR databases and records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to streamline HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HRIS tools (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) is a bonus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about people operations, talent development, and workplace culture.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior internship or volunteer experience in HR, administration, or customer service is advantageous.
- Familiarity with FinTech or financial services industry is a plus but not required.
