Responsibility
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with company objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, to attract top-tier talent.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance appraisal systems to drive productivity and employee growth.
- Policy Development: Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure a fair and compliant workplace.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate programs to upskill employees and enhance organizational capabilities.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage salary structures, benefits programs, and incentives to ensure competitive and equitable rewards.
- HR Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to measure HR effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR management, with a track record of leading HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in HR or Related Field: Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Labor Law Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; Indonesian language is a plus.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and other HR software tools.
- Cultural Agility: Experience working in multicultural or international settings.
