Responsibility
- Lead and execute the full payroll function, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing HR insights to drive business decisions.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices tailored to the organizationâs needs.
- Spearhead talent acquisition and onboarding processes to attract and retain top-tier professionals.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting teamwork, recognition, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Masterâs degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or senior HR role.
- Proven expertise in payroll management, including familiarity with Indonesian payroll systems and tax regulations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional Indonesian language skills are advantageous).
- Deep understanding of employment law, compensation structures, and HR compliance in Indonesia.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll software; experience with SAP, Workday, or similar systems is preferred.
