Responsibility
- Design and deliver scalable training programs tailored to the needs of Business Development teams, focusing on performance improvement and skill enhancement.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization.
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks to track, evaluate, and improve team productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (HR, Sales, Operations) to align L&D initiatives with business objectives and KPIs.
- Create engaging e-learning modules, workshops, and coaching sessions to support continuous professional development.
- Measure and analyze the ROI of training programs using data-driven metrics and feedback mechanisms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in L&D and performance management to ensure innovative and effective solutions.
- Facilitate onboarding and upskilling programs for new and existing employees to accelerate their integration and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Performance Management, preferably in a tech or e-commerce environment.
- Proven expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery (both virtual and in-person).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable L&D strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and other digital learning tools.
- Certifications in HR, L&D, or coaching (e.g., ATD, SHRM, CIPD) are highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
