Responsibility
- Process monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries and benefits.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, contracts, and attendance data.
- Assist in the coordination of HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, termination letters, and compliance reports.
- Support the HR team in onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation sessions and exit interviews.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all HR operations.
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with finance and other departments to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and payroll summaries, to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations, payroll processing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and payroll regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Experience with contract-based roles or project-based HR work is a plus.
