Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Process monthly payroll and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements
- Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for benefit-related inquiries
- Monitor and track employee attendance, leaves, and overtime while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance management systems
- Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and company events
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist roles or similar administrative positions
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll software (experience with local Indonesian systems is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
- Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
