Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor employee wellness programs to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Manage HR documentation, including contracts, onboarding materials, and employee records.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct HR audits to identify areas for improvement in policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance to employees and management on HR-related inquiries and conflict resolution.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions on workplace safety, diversity, and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in employee wellness or compliance roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
