Responsibility

  • Develop, implement, and monitor employee wellness programs to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Manage HR documentation, including contracts, onboarding materials, and employee records.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct HR audits to identify areas for improvement in policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance to employees and management on HR-related inquiries and conflict resolution.
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions on workplace safety, diversity, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in employee wellness or compliance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
