Responsibility

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives in Bali.
  • Lead end-to-end talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, labor laws, and conflict resolution.
  • Implement and monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover, retention, training ROI) to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to build a high-performing, inclusive workforce.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to standardize processes and share best practices across regions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner or Generalist role.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP) and analytics tools.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a solutions-oriented approach.
