Responsibility
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track workforce metrics such as turnover, retention, and productivity.
- Assist in workforce planning by forecasting staffing needs and analyzing gaps in current personnel.
- Support the recruitment process by evaluating hiring metrics, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire.
- Conduct benchmarking analyses on compensation and benefits to ensure competitive and equitable practices.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to implement data-driven solutions for employee engagement and performance management.
- Automate and streamline HR processes using tools like Excel, HRIS, or BI software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for senior management to support HR strategy discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and HRIS systems.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices in Indonesia is advantageous.
