Responsibility

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • HR Policy Development: Design, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a harmonious workplace.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems, provide coaching to managers, and drive initiatives to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, benefits administration, and incentive programs to ensure competitive and equitable compensation packages.
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs, analyze turnover trends, and develop retention strategies.
  • Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to foster continuous learning and career growth.
  • HR Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze HR KPIs (e.g., turnover rates, hiring costs) to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree: In Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a senior HR role, with a track record of managing HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Labor Law Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and best practices in HR compliance.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
