Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive indirect procurement strategy for the APAC region, aligning with global Rolls-Royce objectives.
- Lead procurement transformation initiatives, including digitalization, process optimization, and supplier consolidation.
- Drive sustainable procurement practices, ensuring compliance with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract management to secure cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and operational teams to ensure procurement activities support business goals.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing procurement team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Monitor market trends, benchmarking, and cost-saving opportunities to enhance procurement efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in indirect procurement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement transformation.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with experience in cost optimization and contract management.
- Familiarity with procurement software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Knowledge of ESG principles and sustainable procurement practices.
- Experience working in a multinational environment, preferably in the APAC region.
