Responsibility
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals and enhance organizational performance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction across industrial operations.
- Design and implement training and development programs to upskill employees and foster career growth.
- Oversee performance management systems, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with company objectives.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
- Manage HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and inform decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, mitigating risks and promoting ethical practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP role within the industrial sector.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in change management, organizational development, and talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in HRIS and analytics tools to track and report on HR metrics.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
