In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing expert guidance on HR policies, compliance, and operational excellence. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing HR processes, mitigating risks, and enhancing employee experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven organization.
Based in one of Bali’s vibrant hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable HR solutions that support business growth and employee engagement. Responsibility
- Partner with regional leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and AWS best practices.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and international HR standards across all regional operations.
- Lead HR operational processes, including workforce planning, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR systems and workflows, leveraging AWS tools and technologies for efficiency and scalability.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify gaps in HR compliance and recommend corrective actions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management in the region.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to standardize processes, share best practices, and ensure consistency in policy application.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for process optimization and cost management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRBP, HR Generalist, or in a similar role, with a focus on compliance and operations.
- Proven experience working in a multi-national or regional capacity, preferably in a technology-driven or AWS environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and familiarity with international HR regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and AWS tools (e.g., Amazon WorkSpaces, AWS HR analytics) is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a significant advantage.
