Responsibility
- Design and administer psychological assessments to evaluate candidates' cognitive abilities, personality traits, and job fit.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in psychological assessment, talent evaluation, or HR consulting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with assessment tools and software (e.g., psychometric tests, personality inventories).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
