Responsibility

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring compliance with local and regional labor laws.
  • Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on HR policies, compliance risks, and workforce planning.
  • Lead regional HR compliance audits and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including performance management, training, and development programs.
  • Manage HR data and analytics to provide insights for decision-making and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a positive workplace culture and resolve HR-related issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance HR processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, compliance, or business partnering roles, preferably in a regional capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices in Indonesia and the broader region.
  • Proven experience in managing HR compliance audits, risk assessments, and policy development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR metrics and data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
