Responsibility
- Manage and update employee records, including personal data, contracts, and employment history, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process and track attendance, leave requests, and timesheets using HR software and Excel.
- Administer BPJS (social security) registrations, contributions, and claims for all employees in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Generate and distribute monthly HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and absenteeism metrics.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation, orientation scheduling, and exit interviews.
- Coordinate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements and tax deductions.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital HR files, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) and HRIS software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a must.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, to support operational needs.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS regulations, and payroll processes is a plus.
