Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance management, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee HR administrative tasks, including payroll processing, leave management, and compliance with labor laws.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and management.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
