Based in the vibrant hub of Denpasar or Badung, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge HR analytics, including talent mapping, Nine Box Matrix assessments, competency analysis, and succession planning. Your expertise will directly contribute to building a high-performing, agile, and future-ready organization.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain talent mapping frameworks to identify high-potential employees and critical roles.
- Conduct Nine Box Matrix evaluations to assess employee performance and potential for growth.
- Design and implement competency-based assessments to align workforce skills with business objectives.
- Create and update succession plans to ensure leadership continuity and mitigate talent gaps.
- Build interactive HR dashboards and analytics reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and recommend development programs.
- Monitor industry trends in HR analytics and talent management to propose innovative solutions.
- Present data-driven insights to senior leadership to support strategic workforce decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR analytics, talent development, or organizational development.
- Proficient in HRIS, Excel (advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of talent management frameworks (e.g., Nine Box, Competency Models).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in succession planning and workforce forecasting is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
