Responsibility

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Administer payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement in compliance with local regulations.
  • Oversee employee attendance and leave management using digital systems (e.g., fingerprint, mobile apps).
  • Handle BPJS (health and employment social security) registrations, claims, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to align with company values and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate performance appraisals, training programs, and career development initiatives to enhance workforce skills.
  • Resolve employee relations issues and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Maintain confidential HR records and generate reports for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, with expertise in recruitment, payroll, and Indonesian labor laws.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and payroll software.
  • Strong knowledge of BPJS, tax regulations, and employment contracts in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s labor market and cultural nuances is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
