Responsibility
- Design and develop engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and job aids.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop appropriate learning solutions.
- Utilize instructional design methodologies and e-learning tools to create interactive and effective training programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality learning materials.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning.
- Work closely with the Learning & Development team to align training programs with organizational goals.
- Provide support and guidance to trainers and facilitators to ensure consistent delivery of training programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience in developing training programs for diverse audiences.
