Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for government agency positions, from job analysis to onboarding.
- Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract top talent for public sector roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and selection criteria.
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms, ensuring compliance with government hiring policies.
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify the best fit for each role.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including government agencies and recruitment partners.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate reports on hiring metrics and trends.
- Ensure all recruitment activities align with government regulations and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the public sector or government-linked organizations.
- Strong understanding of government hiring processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, or similar platforms).
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
